  • 8 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package Buitoni Linguine (fresh)
  • swiss cheese (cup freshly grated)
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 3/4 pound shrimp shells (medium, removed)
  • 1/4 pound lump crabmeat

    Directions

    1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the cream and cook stirring constantly until almost boiling.
    2. Reduce heat to low and add the next 6 ingredients. Stir and simmer for about 8 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.
    3. Get your pot of boiling water ready for the pasta. Grate the cheese and add this to the cream sauce, stirring gently. Remove from heat.
