    These were very good. 3 large chicken breasts were enough to make 2 packages of 8 inch tortillas, around 22 of them. Will definately make again. Thumbs up from the family.

    Fantastic flavor! I used the food processor to shred the chicken. Used salsa verde in the filling and upped the spices 50%. Will definitely make this again!

    I'm Just a normal guy. I don't cook that often I'm not even a novice. I live and die for taquitos. They are so expensive store bought! I came to this sight and found this recipe. It took me exactly 3 Hours to cook it I doubled the recipe since I was feeding 6. I used only 2 large chicken breasts any more would have been to much. also I waited until the chicken was at a 180 degrees Fahrenheit to make sure it was thoroughly cooked. watch out for the steam coming from the oven I nearly burnt my face off haha. I made 20 taquitos on 8 in flour tortillas. These were absolutely incredible. 15 min. prep time. HA!
