    I loved this recipe and ended up cooking brown rice, on the side, and adding it as the base to the soup. 10/10 would recommend.

    Delicious!!! Would make again! I used ground chicken and turkey because I had that already, but just added chili flakes and other spices! Add didn’t use celery and it’s fine. So good

    Excellent recipe. We doubled it and it did not serve 12 dinner servings. We made this for our family Christmas along with chili and broccoli cheese soup and it was gone first.

    I love this keto soup. I double the spicy sausage and add half more of cream cheese and whipping cream. I also add mushrooms and orange peppers. I add any vegie I have in the fridge..Its very filling

    Loved the taste and simplicity to this recipe! I did inadvertently changed the recipe a little in the type breakfast sausage and amounts of stock and heavy cream.

    So good! I used spicy breakfast sausage, and I substituted light chive and onion cream cheese mixed with nonfat Greek yogurt instead of heavy cream. This is one of my new favorite soups!!

    Delicious, filling. Swapped ground turkey for beef. Used own seasonings for meat. Swapped carrots for peppers. Could add 1/3 c small pasta if not making it Keto.

    I substituted the meat for a plant based breakfast sausage,and used vegetable broth instead of beef broth and it still came out Delicious!!! Will make it again in the near future!

    Aside from adding a bit (approximately 1 tbsp) of unsalted butter to the onions and celery as they were browing, I followed this recipe to a 'T' and it turned out AMAZING. I opted to use baby arugula as it has more flavor than baby spinach. I will most definitely make this soup again!

    Made this twice in 1 week. First time with breakfast sausage and second with Italian sausage. Both turned out amazing. So delicious. Even my hubby likes it. But he did say it was alittle rich.
