    My husband was crazy about this recipe, but I wasn't. It is not something that I will be making often.

    easy creamy and delicious. maybe make more sauce for extra creaminess. tip: perhaps add more chicken or even enchilada sauce to the chicken before rolling it up so it has more flavor.
