  • water (or a mild broth)
  • milk
  • ground cumin
  • salt

  • oil (optional)

    Directions

    1. Cut the cauliflower, potato, onion, and leek into small pieces and boil for half an hour covered with water or a light broth.
    2. When done, add salt and pepper to taste, a little oil, a little milk, and a pinch of cumin. Beat well to mix all the ingredients and obtain a cream.
