Good. I didn’t have an onion on hand it would have made the dish more enjoyable. I put the skillet under a broiler after adding the eggs, then added the cheese & back under the broiler. I can see variations such as adding jalepeno or other pepper. Very easy dish! Grandpa Bob

Love this even my husband loved yet.....most definitely make again....the only thing that I added to this recipe was some green bell pepper.
