    It turned out okay......next time I will sauté the onions, celery, and green peppers. I added the green peppers for the aroma and taste. Well, I just like green peppers so I added them. Lol.

    I made this without the butter and eggs, It cuts out a lot of saturated fats and cholesterol, and it tastes great.
