  • 80 grams coriander
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 40 grams macadamia nuts (roughly chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder (ground)
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 150 milliliters olive oil

    Directions

    1. Place all the ingredients into a food blender, except the oil, and mix thoroughly.
    2. Season to taste.
    3. Add the oil gradually while blending until it reaches a smooth consistency, as in the photo.
    4. Should make about 150 grams.
