Lovely, only difference I made was less red wine and more stock as my young son was sharing

It turned out great! I seasoned it to my taste and found a great red wine to cook with. I definitely recommend giving it a try.

Have tried this twice. A bit bland the first time; brine chicken for flavor and texture, added half a leek, 2 celery stalks, 4 tbsp butter to cook veg in garlic to 4 lg cloves. Included half tsp red pepper flakes and an additional healthy splash of wine with mushrooms to freshen. Better reviews.

Very good. Looked beautiful. Just needed a little more POW flavor in the sauce!

Tasted yummy, adapted for slow cooker, sauce was a bit thin but that happens with slow cookers. Used shallots as that’s what I had to hand and Italian seasoning rather than thyme. Would use as a basic recipe again.

Simply Amazing, even without an oven. Cooked it on the hob reducing to med heat for 30 mins, in a cast iron pan, it tasted sublime and didn't need any thickner.
