  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 potatoes (peeled and cut into quarters)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • nutmeg (Suldouro, to season the puree)
  • 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
  • bread crumbs
  • flour
  • 1 teaspoon oregano (Suldouro)

  • 600 grams frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaves (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

    Directions

    1. In a large saucepan, saute onion in butter for about 5 minutes, until translucent.
    2. Season with salt and pepper and add the well-drained tuna.
    3. Add the parsley, lemon zest, and mustard.
