  • 200 grams olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 dash milk

    Directions

    1. Cook the cod with the garlic and rosemary on low heat for 15 minutes. Let cool. Chop the cod and garlic slightly.
    2. Place the cod into a blender or food processor. Add the oil little by little along with the rosemary and garlic until smooth. Add a dash of milk to thin the mixture if necessary.
    3. Add the pepper and salt, if necessary. Stir to mix well.
