Moist and soft with an aromatic flavor, this coconut and orange cake makes a great summertime dessert or brunch cake. Made with no butter, this cake elects for vegetable oil in addition to coconut flavored yogurt for additional flavor.

  • 1 orange zest (and juice)
  • 100 grams grated coconut
  • 180 grams flour

    2. Grease a high-sided pan with margarine, and sprinkle with flour. Set aside.
