  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
    2. Prepare small paper cups (about 30).
    3. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir with a spoon, but if necessary, mix with your hands.
    4. Use a dessert spoon make small balls, coat them in sugar, and place them in the paper cups.
    5. Bake for about 20 minutes.
