  • 3 brown sugar
  • 2 red onions (also can use normal onion, the white one)
  • 500 milliliters coconut milk (cream)
  • 1 salt (tbp of)
  • 1 cup sauce (soja)
  • 1 lemon grass
  • 3 oil (Tbp vegetal)

    Directions

    1. Marinate the day before the beef with one finely minced onion, soja sauce and a cup of coconut milk.
    2. Heat the oil and stir a crushed garlic for few seconds and then remove it.
    3. Put the oil on high heat and quickly brown the beef. I should have browned this in 2 or maybe even 3 batches.
