  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or to taste)
  • 4 tablespoons tapioca flour (and water, made into a semi-liquid mixture)

    This turned out GREAT! I let it temper for about 10 min before serving like the recipe suggests, and I added coconut flakes. Also great as an ice pop.
