First lot of cookies ended up as dry balls of coconut which fell apart as soon as you touch them

It was yummy and chewy and I enjoyed the flavour of the coconut, but I wasn't as impressed either it wasn't as good as I wanted it to be.

Tried this, did as requested to make little balls and it didn't flatten 😕but still the taste was really good! Although I have to reduce sugar next time as it was slightly too sweet, but the taste was great!

These are so good!! They're crunchy on the edges, a little chewy in the middle and they are very, very moreish.
