    Really liked this. Used canned tomatoes so it was very quick and easy but flavors are great. I added baby spinach to my servings which went really well and served it with rice. The lime really does make it delicious.

    Definitely add more of the spices!! I added ginger spice, broccoli, red bell pepper, and mock chicken from gardein. Came out really yummy over a bed of rice!:)

    This was good and enjoyable. Had it with some brown rice and it hit the spot. I used reduced fat coconut milk and suspect I would have enjoyed it more with full fat

    Tasted great! Added some Squash I needed to use up & a bit of extra curry because I like spicy & it was 👌🏼. Definitely making again.

    Very delicious! I would say 9.2 of 10! I served with homemade nan bread and rice and we couldn’t stop eating this! Definitely a dish to try again!

    It was very tastey. It had a sort of sweet after taste to it while maintaining a little bit of spiciness. Had it over some brown rice. Highly recommended.

    Delicious! Doubled the recipe and added a jalapeño for a little heat and chopped kale for a little color. Will definitely make this again 👍🏼

    Great recipe! I’d definitely make it again. I used 2 onions as the ingredient list called and I felt like there were too many onions. So, I’d probably use only 1-1 1/2 next time. Other than that, it was still very delicious.

    The curry is very flavorful. I used red curry paste instead of curry powder and it works. Without the flour the dish has a soup consistency good for pouring over rice or potatoes.

    Not terrible but also definitely not a keeper. I’m a big fan of the ingredients, but the way the flavors, texture and even color comes together is pretty meh.
