  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 50 grams butter (softened)
  • 2 eggs

  • 10 grams baking powder

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
    2. In a food processor, add the coconut, buttermilk, flour, sugar, honey, butter, eggs, and a pinch of salt. Mix for 40 seconds.
