  • 200 grams cream
  • 50 grams butter
  • 400 grams white chocolate
  • 350 grams coconut (grated)
  • 60 almonds

    Directions

    1. In a saucepan, heat the cream and butter, but do not bring to a boil. Add the chocolate and slowly melt. Once the chocolate has melted, add 250 grams grated coconut and mix.
    2. Place the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    3. Remove from the refrigerator and shape into spheres and add an almond inside each ball.
    4. Cover each one with the rest of the grated coconut and serve.
