I’ve always been a fan of stuffed peppers, this was my first time making them myself! They were okay, I did add other seasonings to the mix to give more flavor. Also, 35min oven time wasn’t long enough meat was still kind of pink, had to put back in the oven for an extra 20mins. Next time I I’ll probably mix cheese/marinara in the mixture and brown the meat.

Good, takes about 45 min to cook. I would add cheese when stuffing all the meat and spices.

Really bland and took waaaay longer than 30 min. Probably should cook covered with foil for 40 min and then 10 min with the cheese on top. 30 min the stuffing was still very raw.

Made it with vegan meat and cheese, delicious! My family normally hates bell peppers but they loved it- we couldn't get enough. Will definitely make it again

Turned out really good! I just think that next time I’ll season the meat to give it some flavor along with the rest. But overall would definitely cook again!

Good recipe to use up our last round of peppers from the garden. I made a mix of sausage and beef. It was good! Everybody seemed to like it.

Ground beef should be cooked first, it was too mushy the first time I tried this recipe. The second time.. delicious!

I questioned not cooking he meat first but figured you make meatloaf similarly so I went for it. The result was greasy and the texture was weird. Brown the meat first!

This recipe is delicious. I did modify it by adding more rice to the beef mixture and by baking the stuffed pepper with marinara sauce instead of cooking on the stovetop. Next time I make it, i will add more garlic and parsely to the beef mixture (along with the additional rice) to make it more to my personal taste.

really tasty but greasier than i thought it would be even with low% meat. next time Im going to partially cook the meat so I can drain it before putting the mix in the peppers.

turned out really good, but with the peppers being so big the recipe filled 4 instead of 6. i also added some of the marinara to the mixture before adding it to the peppers and it turned out great.
