Added chicken.. used oberero rice instead as thats what i have available, only downside that rice took a very long time to soften. Else, extremely delicious

Pretty good. Finish in the oven rather then on the stove, maybe 10 - 20 minutes.

Added prawns and Chorizo, (recommended),otherwise I followed the recipe to the letter and everyone loved it. Nice and easy recipe the will become a family favorite for sure.
I’m not normally a paella lover, but I made this for my husband who loves paella. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find I enjoyed this. I didn’t have the roasted peppers so I added Bell peppers instead and some crushed chilliest to give it spice which most paella’s seem to miss. I will definitely be doing this again

It was very good. Subbed pork and chorizo, cooked them with yellow and green peppers, and used a bit more rice than called for since I added extra meat and veg. I did stir the rice lightly before topping with ingredients just because I’ve had trouble in the past with cooking everything evenly when left unstirred.

The paella was very good. The directions for making it were somewhat convoluted. I will definitely make it again but will alter the method to make it simpler.
I add some seafood to the recipe and turn out to be excellent, it’s a keeper
