The meringue is so fluffy and it didnt come out soggy. The lemon flavoring was perfect.

Perfect! Used salted butter so I dropped the salt. Spinkled sugar instead of confectioner sugar!

My first totally scratch lemon meringue (besides pie crust which I still refuse to make!) Pie was amazing!! Very clear instructions. I think this is easier than the box lemon meringue-stirring until that little ball dissolved took forever! Would definitely make this again!

I actually don’t like this type of pie (pumpkin all the way!! Lol) but my family loses their minds over it! I made it and it was completely gone in less than 15 minutes. They said it was delicious and asked me to make another one!

It turned out really great! It burned a little and I cooked it for 12 minutes and was super difficult to make but overall this recipe worked great! Definitely will make this again!

It was a lot of work, but was the best homemade lemon meringue I’ve ever made. My husband told me he doesn’t like lemon flavored desserts, but he loved this one. I will make it again.

I personally prefer a larger meringue dome on top. But other than that, it was great.

This is a very tasty recipe. just enough lemon flavor and sweetness. My family loves it. Will be a recipe to keep.

So, soooo good!! - I only used half the sugar in the lemon curd, and it is plenty! - use really fresh-as-possible lemons, and it's super zingy and absolutely delicious! Most excellent after chilling in fridge for at least 24 hours.

My wife ate 3/4 of the pie in 2 days. So yeah, success.

Tangy and delicious! We used our homegrown duck eggs which whipped light and fluffy for the meringue. Couldn't ask for a better treat for our other for Mother's Day.
Wonderfully delicious! I made it for my dad for his 76th birthday! He loved it!!

The pudding was too sweet and didn’t set up well. The meringue was too salty. Only meringue recipe I found that calls for salt and was a big mistake. Will not be using this recipe again!

it was a great pie. Make sure ingredients are pretty fresh and it will turn out right. Also, filling requires constant stirring.

The lemon curd came out beautifully, tasted like lemonade, which was surprisingly delicious. More of a delicate taste, and the meringue came out beautifully as well. Light, fluffy, and very complimentary to the curd. The one thing I wish I would have done was to chill the crust before baking because it shrunk, but other than that, this was a hit!

Turned out better than I expected! Was easy to make even though o was rather nervous about making meringue. I added a bit more lemon juice and zest which made it even better.

Awesome Definitely added to my make again list.

Came out beautiful and so very tasty! We didn't have an event to serve at, meringue does lose texture after three days in the fridge.

Followed directions exactly, turned out out perfect! It wasn't watery at all all once it cooled and set. Best lemon meringue pie I've ever eaten!
