It was very good but an unusual combination. I would go easy on the cinnamon and heavier on the rosemary. As a side nite, we used fresh rosemary and ut definitely gave some extra flavor. I also recommend that when cooking this dish, give yourself some extra time. We cooked our batch for 40 minutes for a softer texture.

fairly straightforward. will have to try again with smaller cut fries. they came out chewy vs crisp, otherwise good flavor.
