  • 500 grams chicken pieces (halal, on the bone, skin or skinless it's upto you)
  • 1 onion (grated or finely chopped)
  • 1 carrot (roughly chopped)

  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)

    This soup is perfect for a cold spring meal. The lemon gives a hint of the summer to come. It was also fun to watch the soup go from brown to yellow. So good! I will be making this again.
