It is ok for now
I soaked the chia seeds in milk for 15 minutes and they are still slightly crunchy.
Need to allow pudding to chill, maybe that will make a difference

I added a little -1 tsp- of decaf coffee to bring out the chocolate. Didn’t have dates but had date sugar worked well.
Blending didn’t take out the seed but did make it smoother.
Great for chocolate dessert.

Not bad! Needs a touch more sweetness than recipe ends up with. Maple syrup or honey would be yummy! Clean and healthy.

Saying it was amazing would be an understatement. I did replace the dates with a ripe banana for the sweetness because I didnt have any dates. Perfect ratio.

A nice treat. A good blender certainly helps. Might need to be sweeter for some.

I thought this was great. Chia seeds are still crunchy but couldn’t taste the almond butter at all. A nice chocolate pudding fix!

yummy! Texture is a bit different. But I really like this pudding. The almond butter is a great addition to this recipe. Used maple syrup instead of dates to sweeten.

Absolutely delicious, very easy to make and super healthy! My favorite dessert.
I sometimes put half the amount of dates to cut down on carbohydrates. I am very happy to have found this recipe!
