    I don't have a good processor but I ended up using around 10 sticky dates and kneading them, adding in peanut butter and dusting with cacco powder and was yum!

    To begin with I thought they were a bit strange, love the texture, soft with crunchy bits. Now I’m trying not to eat them all at once, yummy!

    I used 9 dates and slightly scaled back the other ingredients. In stead of vanilla I used caramel flavour. I struggled to make into balls so rolled thin-ish and cut into pieces. I added a little more honey and a splash of water as my processor struggled with the sticky mixture. Utterly delicious.

    Really delicious! Used rice malt syrup instead of honey however!
    I used pecans instead of walnuts. I’m not sure if this is why but they seemed to have turned out extra juicy/oily so I covered them in crushed pecans

    Good - nutty, dark chocolatey taste. Rich so 1 or 2 is plenty - with 100g walnuts and 150g dates 3 tbl spn Cacao I made 25 balls at 50cals each approx.

    Have tried better brownie balls, these just didn't come together for me and the taste is very much of walnuts. Simple, hits a sugar craving but definitely better recipes out there

    We used a food processor to blend ingredients all at once, but should have done nuts first, because the nuts came out too chunky. Also, this is mostly dates, so be careful from a laxative perspective :0
