  • 3 squares unsweetened chocolate (1 oz. each, melted)
  • 1 cup evaporated milk (or half n half)
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 egg yolk (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup margarine (or butter)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
