    2018-12-22. Added zest of one orange, onion and siracha. Replaced Chinese wine with white wine.Great flavour and consistency
    it was amazing. added some carrots and spring onions, also some noodles and MSG. amazing! :)
    Was actually quite bland despite following the directions
    This was really easy to make a so tasty!

    For my first time i thought it turned out really well. Wanna try and experiment with the sauce more in future tries

    2017-01-17 added an extra tbsp of soya sauce, used light soya sauce. Added hot pepper flakes. Good taste

    The sauce is really nice, like a real Chinese take out. My only negative comment is that my beef did not come out as tender as Chinese restaurants would have them. Did some research and learned that I need to tenderise the meat with cornstarch/egg white mixture or baking soda. Will try that next time.
