  • 2 Worcester sauce (x tsp)
  • 1/2 tablespoon liquid honey
  • 2 garlic (x cloves, grated)
  • 220 grams sirloin (rib-eye, or rump steak cut into thin diagonal slices, cutting against the grain.)
  • 90 grams ramen noodles
  • 2 dashi no moto (x small sachets)
  • 1 soy sauce (x tbsp)
  • 3 water (x cups)
  • 1 pak choi (leaves removed)
  • 3 spring onions (thinly sliced diagonally)
  • 4 dried shiitake mushrooms (rehydrated.)
  • 1 hard boiled egg (cut in half)
  • hot chilli sauce (Sriracha)
