  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup quick grits
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 pound extra large shrimp (uncooked, 16 to 20 per lb size, peeled and deveined)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/3 cup sauce (Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Creamy Chili Honey)

    Directions

    1. 1 BRING water and salt to a boil in medium saucepan. Slowly stir in grits. Cover and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Remove from heat.
    2. 2 HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp, turning once, until no longer pink, about 3 minutes.
    3. 3 ADD green onions and garlic; cook 1 minute. Add Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Creamy Chili Honey Sauce and cook; tossing until shrimp are coated. Serve shrimp over grits and drizzle, if desired, with additional Sauce.
