  • 1 can chicken broth (14& ½ oz)
  • 2 cans chopped green chilies (4 oz each)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream

    1. In a large saucepan, saute chicken, onion, and garlic in olive oil until chicken is no longer pink.
