  • 1/4 pound shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)

  • 4 ounces tortilla chips (crushed taco flavoured, about 2 cups)
  • 1 can salad (crisp sweet corn, drained well, about 1/2 cup)
  • 4 spring onions (chopped, white and green parts)
  • 1 tomato (large ripe, cut into wedges)
  • 1/2 green pepper (small, chopped)
  • 1/2 red pepper (small, chopped)
  • 250 milliliters sour cream (1 cup)

  • 1 teaspoon chili paste (chipolte, or as desired)
