    This is a great basic recipient! Easy and tastes great. I ended up doubling the vegetables because I had extra. I added extra flour and broth/stock to it. I also added some Italian seasoning and noodles. Will definitely make again.

    Sooo good! Will be making this again and again! I make chicken soup often, but I tried this recipe out. Adding the flour after I sautéed the veggies adds a whole other element and makes it just a touch heartier. Perfect! Added plus- my 2 year old that’s fairly picky keeps asking for more of the soup! Thanks!!!

    Delicious! Didn’t miss the noodles or rice of typical chicken soup. I accidentally added more butter to sauté the vegetables but I’m sure it only added to the richness.

    perfect for a scottish frosty monday....i added some garlic & half pepper i found in my fridge and i only had veg stock instead of chicken but either it looks and smells delish....cant wait for the kids to get home and sit down togethe!!
