    This was incredible. I used pizza sauce which has less carbs than spaghetti sauce or tomato sauce. I also pounded the breasts to 1/2 inch to get a uniform cook and make the pieces look bigger. Could not tell it was keto. I liked the idea of frying it first. This kept the breading from coming off during cooking.
