  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 3 potatoes (medium, author´s tip: use 2 regular potatoes and 1 sweet potato)
  • 1 onion (medium)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 leek
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • salt (to taste)
  • vegetable oil (as needed)

    Directions

    1. Cook the chicken breasts and potatoes in water seasoned with salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
