  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups chicken stock (canned is fine)
  • 3/4 cup milk (whole milk is best)
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt

    Directions

    1. Preheat your oven to 275 degrees
    2. The meat should be thinly sliced about 1/2 inch thick.
    3. Tip: Ask the butcher in the meat department to slice it for you if needed. Believe it or not they still do that sort of thing.
