  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 onion (large, quartered)
  • 1 tablespoon patis (fish sauce)
  • 3 tablespoons curry powder

  • 1 red bell pepper (cut into big squares)
  • 1 green bell pepper (cut into big squares)
