  • 4 onions (mediums, sliced)
  • 4 tomatoes (medium-size, chopped or 50 gr. Pomi tomat)

  • 1 teaspoon paprika (or ajika, or red peper)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 coriander
  • 1 tablespoon garlic

    Directions

    1. Fry it in sunflower oil together with 4 medium sliced onions until it become translucent and chicken change colour - about ten min on medium heat
    2. Add tomatoes, black pepper and ajika. Cover and simmer for 20-30 min
    3. Add butter, stir and leave on low heat 3-5 min more
    4. Remove from the heat and immediately add diced coriandr, blue basil and parsley with 1 tbs finely chopped or mashed garlic
    5. Mix and leave for 5-10 min
