  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lite soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
