Delicious!!! I used chicken breast instead of thigh, but I stewed it longer so it would soak up all the flavor. Yum yum yum.

This recipe is great! Other cacciatore recipes don't have the olives or white whine, which I believe are crucial to it. This also omits tomato paste/sauce for the crushed tomatoes. I used 2 14-oz cans diced tomatoes. I also did not let simmer for 30 min, I only used 20 min and the chicken was slightly overcooked. Next time I'll be shorter on both the frying time and simmer time.
