  • 1 whole medium onion (Halved And Sliced)
  • 2 whole red bell peppers (Cored And Sliced, not Too Thin)
  • 2 whole green bell peppers (Cored And Sliced, not Too Thin)
  • 5 cloves garlic (Diced)
  • 12 oz. mushrooms (weight, white Or Crimini, Sliced)
  • 1/2 tsp. ground thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • red pepper flakes (Crushed, To Taste, optional)

    This dish was great. My sons loved it. The only modifications I made is I seasoned my chicken with garlic and onion powder as well. And I added extra wine to make more juice. I also used breast, thighs and legs and it taste awesome….Definitely a keeper.

    This dish was good. I took advice from some of the tips such as using chicken stock and a little more tumeric. I also used fresh tomatoes and added a little onion powder. My husband and I enjoyed it.

    Excellent taste. I left out the flour to keep the carbs down, and and replaced 2/3 of the wine with chicken stock since I was out of wine. I only cooked it for 45 minutes, as my oven runs quite hot. I believe if I had cooked it for longer and used flour, the sauce would have been thicker but I didn't want the vegetables more cooked than they already were and I don't mind a more liquid sauce as it's bound to be absorbed by the pasta. (I did reduce the sauce on the stove as suggested, however.)
