    Full disclosure: I didn’t actually taste it because I made it for my mother and sister for a lunch at a convention. They LOVED it. They couldn’t figure out the sauce. They asked that I make it again. I paired the sandwich with lemon bars and fruit. It is a great make-ahead lunch that’s perfect for a picnic or a lunchbox. Very easy to make.
