    Great I made the cheesy sauce in a different pan and added it to the pasta kale and bacon instead of adding it to the pasta

    it turned out quite nicely, butbseveral steps needed to do were missing. Now Im sure that for some people may things come natural but Im not used to cooking all the time. Otherwise it was delicious.

    The saltyness of the bacon against the mild cheese is definitely off putting. I think it needs to be made with much stronger cheese. Also I would recommend par boiling the kale before hand as it was still quite tough.
