    Missing something. It looked much better than it tasted.

    the amount of flour seems very little relative to other ingredients, so the mix came out quite liquid. I ended up cooking them like griddle cakes on the pan. Taste was good if you have enough vegetables and cheese, otherwise may need to add some salt or honey for flavor.
