  • 16 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
    2. Spray a 9x13” casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
    3. Set a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt the butter. Once melted, add the thawed hash brown potatoes. Cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally with a rubber spatula, until the potatoes are slightly crisp and golden brown. Remove from the heat.

    Good! I used almond milk instead of whole and I used meunster cheese instead of cheddar.

    On its own its a bit bland, but add a few additional ingredients like garlic sausage or a wee bit of hot sauce and it's great!

    it turned out good i would probably make it again

    Was pretty good but I feel like you could add more to it like ham and spinach or sausage. Would def give it just a little something more
