I think I didn’t get all the moisture out completely but the tots all came out well, also added some sharp white cheddar, bomb

I didn't have Panko breadcrumbs on hand so I used regular p.ain breadcrumbs. I also added an additional egg and made it 1 cup of cheese, and a pinch of salt. I fried some and baked the rest. both tasted very good!
