  • 2 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 3 plum tomatoes (ripe, peeled, seeded and crushed)
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 13 ounces cavatelli (fresh, or best quality store-bought)

    Directions

    1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
    2. Blanch the chard for about 4 minutes or until tender, then remove from water and set aside.
    3. Allow water to come back up to a boil.
