  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil (could use coconut oil or even olive oil)
  • 3 free range eggs
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 cup brown sugar
