    Wow.. this was so delicious that I’ve just eaten a full block of tofu all to myself, without waiting for the Quinoa! I used the air fryer for about 20 minutes and it came out perfect! 😋

    Cook above without Quinoa, instead i serve Tofu with sweet potato and Broccoli. My son love it.

    A bit too much heat for my liking, but can easilybe seasoned to taste. Really flavourful meal.
