    Great but I used 2 breasts pounded flat sandwhich style. Worked better than the recipe. More ingredients used less spillage

    Taste was excellent but I had problems getting the chicken stuffed. Not sure if I didn’t cut the pocket right or overfilled (probably both). But, my family loved it and I will try again. Also, I had to bake mine longer than the recipe says. I used an instant read thermometer until internal temperature was 165.
